First Step in Maximizing Your Potential in Tech

I came across Vina’s master’s thesis while working on my own. After contacting her on LinkedIn and finding her on Instagram while I was doing an internship, I connected with her to share my decision to transition from applying for regular architecture positions to pursuing computational design roles. Before the first chat, I landed my first computational design position. Months later, we had our first video call, during which we discussed my transition to change management in a corporate setting despite lacking an academic background in that area. Drawing from her experience in pivoting towards product management, Vina provided me with invaluable advice. Today, I proudly hold the position of computational design lead at Ramboll.
